Classical yoga gave me my first taste of embodied well-being—and awareness. The practices left no doubt: pair tools that meet you where you are with a curious, open mindset, and you land somewhere you’ve never been—a new chapter.

Practices that relax mind and body take the edge off stress, easing us into grounded presence. Old stories and buried knots begin to loosen; we release labels (Oddball’ and Outcast in my case) and the opinions of others. Slowly but surely, we clear space for renewal and possibility.

Do the work, reap the fruit. We reclaim parts of ourselves once rejected by the world or by us. Owning the flip side of the Oddball /Outcast once obscuring my True North—the Free Spirit /Lone Wolf in me—opened my fullest path. What fruit might you reap as you do the work?
