Classical Yoga was my gateway to personal transformation, introducing me to practices that expand well-being and awareness. These left no doubt that new chapters unfold from a curious, open mindset and appropriate tools and methods for overcoming barriers.

Engaging steadily, we experience what so many have: we start to feel lighter, more relaxed, more at peace in mind and body. Unraveling old stories and long-buried knots helps us shed labels (‘Oddball’ and ‘Outcast' in my case), and other peoples' opinions. In short, we make room for our authentic self.
