  • Mind-body practices make us more aware and relaxed—more present in life and within.
    Old stories and long-buried knots unravel; we disengage from labels (‘Oddball’ and ‘Outcast
    in my case) and other people’s opinions. Slowly, we clear space for what wants to be born.


  • Do the work, reap the fruit—we reclaim parts of ourselves once rejected by the world or even by us. The Free Spirit and Lone Wolf within me have emerged as a True North unlocking my best. What might emerge as you open to your full self through Transformative Self-Care?
